Should any item not meet your expectations, we offer this Returns & Exchanges Policy to guide you through the process with the same clarity as our Masonic teachings.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For the integrity of our ceremonial items, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved jewelry)
- Esoteric books and materials that have been opened
- Any item that has been worn or used in Lodge ceremonies
2. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our address at: Masonic Collection

Jacksonville, US 32202 We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. International Returns
For our Brethren outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
