Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve our global Brotherhood:

  • Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Free Shipping (via EMS)
    • Available for orders over $50 USD
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently do not ship to certain parts of Asia and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the sanctity of our ceremonial items, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved jewelry)
  • Esoteric books and materials that have been opened
  • Any item worn or used in Lodge ceremonies

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and return details.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
  4. Ship to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible until we receive the item.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • Allow 7-10 business days for funds to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns

For our Brethren outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
