Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
5.3 Delivery Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to certain parts of Asia and remote regions. You are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all packaging intact. Non-returnable items include:

- Opened esoteric materials
- Items used in Lodge ceremonies

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
